Purple Poppy

Sitting here, starring at the square,

A fren once told me, life’s a bowl of laksa,

Never really know why she said it,

but I do quite agree with her.

As temperamental as purple,

As vibrant as orange,

both my favourite colour

and both decribes the everchanging world.

Madness is all around,

where silince is no more asound.

Life turns and turns and turns,

like a merry-go-round witout a wheel.

And that brings back some memories,

like a black and white film witout sound.

Left my chair, started walking aimlessly,

wondering where would i be,

but who bothers, every body’s busy.

The world is on addiction

mesmerised by every new fraction,

just as curious as a new born,

don’t ask me why..

even contradiction can’t answer the question.

And that leaves me a summary,

that life is like a purple poppy to me….
